Why is the needle of my record player cutting the record i try to play?
I set the needle down on the track and within seconds its collected a ball of black stuff. I'm assuming its from the record itself. Which is bad. How do I make it so can can listen to my records without ruining them in the process?
Could it be dust or some kind of dirt that is on the record?
Years ago before cd’s they use to sell a cleaning solution and a cleaning pad to clean records with.
