What's with my record player?
I bought it used at a thrift store. I played a new record on it, but it sounds like a broken record. Is there a way to fix this?
Not sure if it's an all in one flip top. It's got a tape player on it. The speakers work fine.
There should be an adjustment on the arm to increase the arm’s weight so it stays in the groove.
Well, you bought it used at a thrift store. That might be your problem.
Is it an all-in-one flip top? The needle’s probably shot or the speaker’s blown. Fortunately, replacing the needle would be a minor (and inexpensive) repair job.
