whats a good record player ?
im just getting into the record scene and i have some records and they sound lk crap on my dad's old record player, people always say that vinyl sounds better than cd. im willing to invest some money on a good record player preferably something that i can connect to my hi-fi stereo. i have a budget of 0 for the player.
Records do indeed have the fullest and richest sound around. Record music is completely analog (meaning that there is no digital conversion taking place resulting in a loss of sound quality.)
If you are going to be mixing like a DJ would you will want something like the technique 1200 because the motor in those bad boys keeps a very constant speed which is needed for djs.
If you’re just getting a record player to play single records just get one from the local shop.
if you plan to DJ or something I would at least get technic 1200’s get diamond needles very important to change the needles stock needles are not as good
i would get technics 1200 if you want a quality record player. Technics leads all other record player manufacturers. i personally have to of them myself and they are awsome. my cousin has had his for almost 10 years and play like a charm. hope this helped ; )
Technics makes a wonderful unit, been around many years, has a really good track record
