		<description>I would put it at the bottom facing in what ever direction is most convenient.  Set the crossover around 100 Hz or below and it won't really matter which direction it faces.  If you put it facing down, it is possible you could have problems with the cone sagging after a period of time.  This depends on the mass of the cone and the suspension stiffness.</description>
