Was Roxy Music ahead of it’s time, or was Brian Ferry just being retro?
This is off of one of my favourite all time LP's, for you kids that means Long Play vinyl album, which spun around on something us old people refer to as a record player.

I just got done listening to my favorite song by Roxy Music, More Than This.
I caught myself swaying to that song. It reminded me of when MTV was actually music television, not this weird trash they have on there now-adays.
I have to say, they were excellent!!!

Roxy Music were definitely ahead of their time, and heavily influenced the New Romantic music era of the early 80’s.
