I remember that it had something to do with one of those antique radios, the old wooden dome shaped one. When someone listened to the music, they became very menacing. Also, the scene was set around a mental hospital.
I saw it on tv about 20 years ago. :( I remember a female doctor was listening to the radio, then I remember she was pushing some guy down a hallway in the hospital, and shoved him in a room where some freaky long-haired thing attacked him.
