I have IDT HD sound and I am making videos with hypercam 2. I realize that I can record my voice as I make the video, but it would be a lot more convenient to me if I could record sound separately. Is there any way to record sound on movie maker using the mic I have, or record it on windows media player or something that I can import to movie maker? Thanks in advance for your help.

How do I use Windows Media Player, Read Audio, or WimAMP to record only the sound part of a video on youtube.com? If there is any other way to do it, let me know that.
I was able to do this using windows Sound Recorder but I think that only produces .wav files and it doesn't sound good.
Thanks

So what would be the best thing to capture the videos?
I've found my old Sansa m240 1GB mp3 player that
I've had for about a year and I am trying to remove the songs that were on it and transfer them to my Playstation Portable (PSP). I first turned it on and listened to a couple songs to make sure it worked properly (which it did). Then I connected it to a usb port in the front of my computer and I tryed to search it for the songs I was just listening to. All that was displayed was AUDIBLE, CONFIG, RECORD, SYS_CONF.DNC, WMPInfo, and CONFIG.TCC. Since the search didn't show the results i was looking for, I decided to search it manually, but I could only find the same files and folders that were in the search. I then unpluged the mp3 player to see if the songs were still there and played properly (which they were and did) because before my computer automatically formated my mp3 player. I tryed to find the songs through Windows media player since thats how I originally put them on, there were no songs but half the memory was filled.

I need it to do the following:
1. Play video AND audio podcasts. (This is the primary reason I want to buy one.)
2. Play videos (DVDs-I know I need to sync them into the PVP)
3. Play recorded TV shows (regular and online)
4. Show photos.
5. Play music.
6. I need it to be COMPATIBLE with BOTH WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER and iTunes. Also need it to be compatible with the media types of song.(EX: .mp3, .wma, etc.) (ANOTHER PRIMARY REASON why I want to buy one!)
>>So, which one do you recommend best fits the previous guidelines? I was thinking along the line of a Creative Zen Vision:W.....
I need to type out (word for word) a 45 minute lecture that can be played on Windows Media player. Is there a computer program that will "type" out words to the voice so I only have to edit spelling, grammer, and syntax?
Hi. I have a portable tape recorder. I wanted to know how I can record mp3's from my computer to a tape in my tape recorder? The tape recorder has AUX , Mic, and Headphone inputs. What kind of a cord would I need exactly? (links to show me if possible?) Also, after it's all set up, do I just play the songs through a regular music player like Windows Media Player and press record on my tape recorder?
Lots of questions, I know. Any help would be much appreciated.
I want to buy a (digital?) music player, but I'm not sure what to go with. I'd just like a few suggestions on which player I should pick. Here are the things I want included in the player:
1. Most Important-PLAYS .WMA files and protected files--what I mean is, I'd be able to put the songs from my Windows Media Player library on the device and they'd play and work properly.
2. Has a good memory--fits (at absolute least) 5 hours of songs WITHOUT changing their format from .wma. That means no mp3.
3. Can access radio stations--Digital, good quality FM stations with button navigation (you press a button to change station, not spin a wheel) and at least 10 station presets.
4. The following is optional, but it'd be good if the player could display cover art of the songs, have a backlit screen, and a good battery life (1 or more hours). Good transfer speed, and preferably the ability to record sound. Also, it'd be nice if it recorded radio too.
5. Costs anywhere from -0
as you can see, that isn't much...oh, and one more thing: please don't suggest any apple products (i-pods or other) i have a personal grudge with the apple company and don't want to have to do anything with them. thank you for answering...best suggester gets 10 points!
