Record mp3's to a portable tape recorder?
Hi. I have a portable tape recorder. I wanted to know how I can record mp3's from my computer to a tape in my tape recorder? The tape recorder has AUX , Mic, and Headphone inputs. What kind of a cord would I need exactly? (links to show me if possible?) Also, after it's all set up, do I just play the songs through a regular music player like Windows Media Player and press record on my tape recorder?
Lots of questions, I know. Any help would be much appreciated.
go to radio shack and get a stereo 1/8 to stereo 1/8 cable. one side should go to the headphone output of the computer to the input aux of the recorder. just hit record on the tape recorder then play on the computer.(any player will do) this will only work if the aux in an input, if not… then you will have to get a 1/8 stereo to 1/8 mono adapter and have that adapter go into the mic jack of the recorder(still need the stereo 1/8 to stereo 1/8 cable.)
