On a MP3 CD Player in my car radio the salesperson said that I can buy a memory and record my favorite songs?
On the radio instead of downloading it to the internet. How do I do that, does anyone knows about car stereos?

Go back with the sales person and ask him where you can buy the memory and how to record.
The other thing you can do is go to the web site of your car stereo and check for instructions, they should have your answer.
If its a Sony for instance go to http://www.sony.com, etc.
you should probably go back to the store and ask him how. Then you should by the recrding device on ebay
