Make sure all of the edges are stuck down very well on your label...and stop labelling your cd's. :P AND you didn't make it too "heavy" but you may have made it too thick. You can check this on your computer. Also, the paper from your label can produce lint particles that will eventually cause your motor to cease or burn out.
