Inherited 100s of records, what kind of record player should I get?
I'm not too savy when it comes to turntables, but I'd like to get one that doesn't need seperate speakers. I'd like one that has them built in, and I don't want any modern players with it (cd/ipod) just a plain ole record player. Where would be the best place to find one, antique stores, ebay, craigslist, and what do I search/ask for?
wow i just realized it was in cricket... yea i thought i clicked music... hmmmm... sorry guys
Buy a direct drive turntable instead of belt driven.
You can buy ones that plug straight into your pc these days.
This is exactly not the best place to find it.You are in wrong section madam. This is cricket related.
May be record and player words would have matched it with Cricket Section.I suggest you to browse the categories before submitting question.

Turntables? If you’re trying to spin old records, you’re just going to scratch the crap out of them. Sounds like they’re old because you inherited them, you should have them appraised and then sell them. Don’t play them at all, that will reduce the value, some records are worth a lot.
Give them to me!
