		<description>This is one of those gray areas that depends on who you talk to.  If you own a copy, then you can do anything you want to with it.  If you have vinyl, you can make copy it so you can burn it on a CD or put it on a MP3 player.  All perfectly legal.  You CAN'T make a copy of it for a friend, sell a copy, or share it out on the internet.
Remember, that's my humble opinion.  Others will surely disagree that the law is more strigent and other will say it isn't that strigent.  Unfortunately, I fear that Congress will decide for us one day :(</description>
