		<description>If you are lucky it is this simple. There should be a small cuing lever near the tonearm, it is what you would use to hold the arm up while you push the arm over to a certain song, then you would flip the lever to lower the arm.

Is the cue lever in the up position? it almost certainly has to be a problem with the cuing lever.</description>
