First of all...how bad are they?
You can use some high-tech equipment to record the 45's to CD and enhance they quality as such. The software you will need to do this is: Oh - I have no clue!
I hope the next answer gives U more hope than I did, but -- providing the discs are in reasonable condition, try to copy.

If they are really bad and scratched - hopeles, I guess!</description>
