Dumbest computer tech question you got from a relative?
I think my favorite was asking of they could slip their old 45 RPM vinyl records in the DVD player to listen to them.

When i was asked if they switch internet providers would they lose their yahoo email account!
How do you make text bold?
Yeah it’s kinda lame.
Someone said "are you a computer" And I said Yes and they said "blue skadoo, we can too"
Accidentally hit F11 for Full Screen & thought his computer was broken because his toolbar was gone…
How to copy and paste, how do I save the stuff I write on Microsoft word, and how do I turn off my computer . (All of these are from my mom.)
"Can you fix my computer?"
My mom asked:
How do I look at my Pictures?!
I used to work as an IT tech and this is by far the best call ever:
"Thank you for calling ********** tech support. My name is *******. Can I help you?"
"Well, uh, I think so, I don’ t know. See, I think I broke my coffee holder. It won’t go in."
"Your coffee holder sir?"
"Yes. My coffee holder. You know, it holds those coffee cups from sheetz."
"I’m sorry sir, but this is technical support for personal computers, laptops and internet service. I don’t believe I will be able to assist you with your problem."
"It’s on my computer tho. You know that button on the front of your computer that you press and that slide door comes out that you put your cups in? I think I broke it because I can’t get the slider to go back inside the computer."
"Sir, that’s not a coffee cup holder. It’s actually a CD drive that you put CDs or DVDs in. Music CDs. Games. Movies. Programs."
At this point, neither one of us knew what to say. There was a moment of silence.
"Ahem. If that door is broken, you will probably have to get a new CD drive. That’s not something I am able to repair over the phone. Is there anything else I can help you with today, sir?"
"Oh. Well Uh. I think I’ll buy a new one then."
