Comments on: Does anyone think that Health and Safety is now becoming the worst rules in society ever?

You just have not been in the work force long enough to see why the rules come into effect. You will be surprised how many people(kids out of college, university, high school) who have never worked a day in their life don’t even know how to climb a ladder properly. Sure you don’t find window cleaning a glamorous thing, but someone has to do it, and believe me if you don’t have proper training and you need to climb that ladder 20 to 1000 times that one day that you start for sure is an accident waiting to happen. About the other stuff is because there was a time when kids respected what adults told them, and now parents don’t even bother to teach manners, and teachers and others are stuck trying to cope. Best thing to do make rules that prevents teachers or others from getting sued by those parents. You just need to get out more or simply live life a bit more to make such comments specially for something that I am glad exist, HEALTH AND SAFETY

I completely agree. One more to add to that list is national health care. It is the biggest joke on the planet if you really take a look at it. All it does is make getting cured for your ailments harder to do. For goodness sake, people from countries with national health care come to America BECAUSE we don’t have it!! It means that old people who are having heart attacks will come second to younger adults with less fatal injuries!! Yes I am well aware that this is a rant, but, hey, you got to rant too . . . =]

Man, your not kidding and I actually think your underrating the situation. There is soooo many problems with society in America today. Kids can’t be kids, adults can’t be adults, and cops can arrest you for "probable cause." Which = "if you piss us off, we convict you for no reason just to piss you off." It boils down to many things. One of witch, adults are no longer responsible for their children (Sarcasm). So the gov basically baby sits by setting rules that make no sense, demoralize, de-educate, deconstruct society, etc. We basically are raising a bunch of cowards and weaklings that won’t succeed in real society ever and then they fail (Like we are already witnessing today) and what happens after that? We blame nobody but the government. Even though they are going about things the wrong way, it isn’t their fault, it is the parents AND the kids themselves. We should be fully capable of raising a family at 14. FULLY. Its genetics. But we are not allowed. And now we are too stupid to do anything even at 21. We are well into our 30’s these days before we START figuring things out and that is because of exactly what you ask, amongst other things. Another thing you need to consider is Instincts. We all have them whether you want to admit it or not. Men are the warriors, women are the healers. But women don’t heal anymore, and men aren’t allowed to war on (this also covers providing for the family/friends/etc.). Seriously, there is not enough space for us to discuss this. I am actually recording stuff to begin writing about this. Basically, how men are not men today and women are far from women. Both because we are not allowed or because we are TOLD to be something we are not. If your interested in discussing this further email me.
