Do you think it's weird to use a record player?
I'm a sixteen year old girl and I love to use records. I don't know why, I just love the feeling! It makes music feel so much more precious to me, and I would prefer to pay more for rare records from my favourite artists than just to buy a plain CD. I love listening to my dad's old Beatles records.
Do you think that's weird?? Do other people do this? My friends think i'm a freak, haha.
no not at all i think you get a better sound from an LP , i love to whack my player on full and listen to some Ac/Dc
Why would it matter if anyone else found it weird or not?

Yeah I think it’s a little bit weird. I don’t like the crackling sounds they make. My dad has a bunch of em.

That’s not weird at all, it’s uncharacteristically tasteful of a 16 year old girl lol. I actually just got a record player from urban outfitters (one of those cheap plastic one’s), but it works great and I’ve already listened to Miles Davis, The Velvet Underground, and lotsss of other timeless acts. You are one of a kind my friend.

I’m 14 and I love records. There’s nothing like them. They have a much better sound in my opinion, and you can press a CD a million times, and every single one will be the same, but if you press a record a million times, each one will be different with its own story. I collect albums, especially Beatles ones, so I don’t think this is weird at all, and your friends just aren’t as cool as you I guess.
