I can, yes. My tape deck has an Input and Output, 8ohm jacks.
I can also use my Akai 10" Reel to Reel, or I can record to cassette straight from PC output, that took some plugs and jacks, but it was like $8 at Radio Shack.
I can record Line in Voice or Midi or anything to PC/Cassette or R-t-R.
To record your voice onto a casette tape and add a radio background, that takes a simple mixer.
I can record my voice or any sound onto my Cassette eck becuase I have it has a built in Mic and my other one I have a Shure Microphone for , or I can just use line in/line out.
The answer is yes.
