Can I record some parts of a movie via screen recorder from Windows Media Player?
I was trying to record a part from Shaun of the Dead off of Windows Media Player using CamStudio, but when it finished, all that appeared was a black video w/ only the sound. How would I be able to record a part of the movie I want?
sure but you have to change the settings on windows media player, so I would know you are using a screen recorder, sorry I don’t remember were you have to go to change these settings but if you press f1 the help command will open and you search there
Rip the chapters you want from the DVD with a program like DVDFab or any other DVD Ripping program.
If the DVD has copy protection you’ll need to disable it with a program like AnyDVD.
However, unless you’re simply making a personal backup of the DVD you own, doing so is illegal in most places.
if you mean from a movie website than that would be illegal. i wouldnt recommend it. if youve got a good movie website that when you watch something it dosent stop to buffer than i dont see why you would record it when all you can do is go to that website.
