I'd suggest using CD-RW's. They're slightly more expensive than CD-R's, but they can be erased and rewritten many, many times. I've been using the same one for keeping bi-weekly backups of &#34;MY Documents&#34; for a year and a half.
Anything that supports MP3-CD's will accept CD-RW's as the media format.</description>
