I remember reading/hearing somewhere that it was possible to record yourself playing a ps2 game with a DVD player. For example: record the gameplay of guitar hero 2 using a dvd player. Basically I want to record the playing of Guitar Hero 2 directly rather than using a video camera. Heres a video example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAj1ID8a_Cc
Note: I don't want to use the product "Gamebridge"
I want to record live tv shows. I use windows media player. Or have got any software that can record live shows. Thank you.
I'm interested in getting a record player to play my vinyls on.
I don't know anything about this, what exactly do I need? A turntable, speakers, and an amplifier? Is there any type of record player that has all this built in? Do portable ones need these attachments?
What are some decent, cheap brands/types that I can look for?
Please, educate me!
I respect regular season accomplishments but I think that the "postseason" is what defines a player the most. It's a creditable argument for both players if you look at there regular season accomplishments. Both have done something that the other haven't done in the regular season. So I'm going to post up MJ's "postseason accomplishments" and I challenge any Wilt fan to try to top it. Remember were only allowed to use "postseason accomplishments" because that's what defines a player the most:
Michael Jordan:
6 NBA Championships
6 NBA Final MVPs (the record)
41.0 PPG during 1993 Finals (the record)
33.45 PPG Career Average (the record)
5,987 Total Points (the record)
63 Points Single Game (the record)
33.6 PPG Career Finals Average (2nd to the record)
50 Point Games: 8 (the record)
40 Point Games: 38 (the record)
30 Point Games: 109 (the record)
20 Point Games: 174 (the record)
179 Games Scoring In Double Figures (the record)
376 Career Steals (2nd to the record)
42 Career NBA Final 3 Pointers (2nd to the record)
35 Points 1 Half NBA Finals Game (the record)
Six 3 Pointers 1 Half NBA Finals Game (the record)
2 Consecutive 50 Point Games (Only Player To Do It)
55 Points Single Game NBA Finals (2nd to the record)
11.4 apg Single NBA Finals Series - The record for the highest "APG" not by a point guard
38 Points - 7 Rebounds - 5 Assist - 3 Steals - 1 Block in a single NBA Finals game while having "THE FLU"
Countless game winning buzzer beaters & game winning clutch plays.
There is much more but I think that's more then enough to top whatever Wilt Chamberlain has done in the postseason. The "POSTSEASON" where it matters most is the reason why MICHAEL JORDAN IS THE GREATEST TO EVER DO IT!
If not anyway to download the video and put it on my mp3 player it plays videos as well. They have some videos on there where the songs are out of print. No its not an iPod so I can use all types of formats. Thanks to all in advance.
There's a button that says "Rec to USB" then Type A USB Port
How do I use that?
Can I use that to record my PS3 gameplay?
Anyway it's Sony DVD Home Theatre System DAV-TZ200
My dad just bought one and he is having trouble recording from one CD to another it says "wrong disk use audio CD".

My relatives in England have recorded home videos using their digital video camera. How can they burn the videos onto a DVD that I can view using the DVD player on my American computer?
My bedroom is in the attic. It has wood floors, beams along the ceilings, 2 big old windows, and a small bathroom attached. I painted two walls a very light green. I was going for a vintage, whimsical look. I have a double wooden bed with pink bedding and I used an old tapestry to create a canopy. I have a nightstand, big vintage trunk, bookshelf, papasan chair, pink couch, round kids table, craft desk, record player/stereo, armiore with my tv, dvd/vcr player, and video games, small mini fridge, and storage cabinet. I have alot of my own artwork and collages on the walls, twinkle lights, fake ivy, fantasy paintings, and a collage wall of posters. My bathroom is a light pink and I have a painted sink, glass cabinet, and bathtub. Beside my bathroom and the stairs is a small awkward space which I made into a little walk-in closet with my wardrobe, clothing rack, and shoe rack. I used some pull curtains to make a door.
I WOULD LIKE TO RECORD LECTURES UP TO 5 HOUR THAT ARE BROADCAST ON F.M RADIO. LOOKING FOR MP3 PLAYER OR OTHER THAT WILL RECORD IN A FORMAT THAT WILL RECORD AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD TO COMPUTER FOR C.D BURNING AND CONVERTING TO MP3 FORMAT.
I listen to normally Techno, Rock, Pop, and Foreign styles. I don't normally listen to stuff that plays on radios constantly. Any suggestions would be nice. I'll give some examples
Techno & Pop: Songs with REALLY good beats. I listen to Cascada, The Prodigy, Daft Punk, Dj Tiesto, September, Depeche Mode (Synthpop), Lady Gaga
Rock: Evanescence, Muse, Silversun Pickups, Placebo, Audioslave, AFI, Bullet For My Valentine, Killswitch Engage, Breaking Benjamin, Alice In Chains, Paramore
Foreign: Kanon Wakeshima (LOVE), Utada Hikaru, 4Minute, BoA, the Gazette, Antique Cafe
Alright, this one is simple if you put Lebron's team in the West w/ Kobe's. Lebron's team (35-26) would be behind Denver.
Here are the West standings:
1.Spurs (42-17)
2.Lakers (43-18) <- Lakers were 7th seed last year.
3.New Orleans (41-19)
4.Utah (40-22)
5.Houston (40-20)
6.Phoenix (40-21)
7.Dallas (39-22)
8.Golden State (37-23)
9.Denver (36-24)
10. Cavs (35-26) <- would not make the playoffs if they were in the West (We can agree their lost column would be even greater if they were in the West)
Last time I checked, a player on a bad team, no matter how good his stats, will not get an MVP (Kobe stats:35/5/5, team record: 45-37 season, finished 7th seed lost to Steve Nash (54-28 team record) in 05-06.
Lebron is good, no doubt, but the media is overhyping him as if they do not want Kobe as MVP. I hope the voters do not contradict themselves this year, and the MVP finally will go to Kobe Bryant. So now do you still think Lebron deserves MVP over Kobe?
i just spent 30.00 on a box of nostalgic mix candy..its a 40 piece assortment with sugar babies, pixy stixs, jawbreakers and turkish taffy..banana..it has a few chunky bars..wax lips and the little wax juice bottles...don't remember..do you eat the wax...i looking forward to the zero bars and good &plenty. i did it and blew the 30 dollars on junk candy...i don't want to start walking around in hot pants and trying for a 70s hairdo...i have been buying Great records for 1.00 a piece..just got john travolta for fun and the the partridge family...i play it on a crosley record player...am i slipping back..is this a normal thing to do for a ancient being?
Hello =)
I've noticed that it is very simple and only has the recording function in comparison to the old sound recorder where you could increase/decrease speed and volume, also you could add an echo and copy and paste sound files.
Is there another way you can do this? I have noticed that you can speed up the recording using media player but that only makes it go faster, not high pitched...
Hope there is a way! I used to have a lot of fun on my old computer =D
thanks
My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and I was planning on buying him one as well as a few vinyls to go with it. I don't really know much about them, though, and I've tried looking on ebay and a few other places for one. All that seems to be coming up are turntables that look like they're more for DJing and it definitely needs to be older and vintage. Are turntables and record players the same thing? Is there something specific I need to search for or look for in a record player? Anywhere specific I should try looking for one? Any and all information I could get would be GREATLY appreciated!
my tv has a built in vhs player. i used this to record modern warfare 2 gameplay. how do i get this recorded gameplay converted so i can get it on youtube? do i need some kind of recorder that converts it to dvd and then dvd to computer? i want the youtube video to be in the same quality as the vhs tape. (i recorded in SP mode)
The camera records in .wmv format... But that's not the file extension a DVD player recognizes, so what is?
And then, what kind of blank DVD do you burn it to, DVD-R, DVD+R, or DVD+RW? I've got ExpressBurn but nothing I've tried has gotten the DVD's to play at all (tried DVD-R and DVD+R).
They are back out, have you bought a new one?
I'm trying to record from my portable cassette player to my computer. There is no Line Out, just Headphone. What can I do to make this happen?
My friend has this 30-some year old turntable which works perfectly fine, except that It's very quiet. We've hooked it up to two different sets of speakers and it's still too quiet. The speakers work perfectly with everything else, and we have records in good condition, so we know it's a problem with the record player. Presumably, whatever amplifies the sound is broken. How can we fix this? Is it something we can easily fix ourselves internally in the actual player, or is there a preamp we could buy and just plug into the player before it runs into the speakers? The player uses av cords to connect, we actually hooked it up to a tv and it worked. It's also loud enough that you can easily hear it, it just could be a bit louder. Neither of us have any technical knowledge of record players, so that's about as detailed as I can get. Any ideas?
